This privacy policy is applicable to the Memesador app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Oleksandr Petrov (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them.
The Service Provider may also use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique ID, IP address, operating system, mobile browser type, and how you use the Application.
When you register or sign in through Apple, Google, or directly with Supabase, the Application may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers. This data is securely stored using Supabase, which provides cloud database and authentication services.

The Application uses PostHog for anonymized analytics and performance tracking. PostHog collects non-personal information such as the number of times the app is opened, feature usage patterns, and technical data like device type and OS version.
This helps the Service Provider understand how users interact with the Application and improve its functionality. The data is aggregated and never used for advertising or tracking across apps.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained for up to 24 months and thereafter may be stored in aggregate.
If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at memesador@gmail.com, and they will respond in a reasonable time. Some or all data may be required for the Application to function properly.
Analytics and usage data collected via PostHog are retained for up to 24 months and then anonymized or deleted. This data is used solely for performance improvement and feature optimization.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact memesador@gmail.com for assistance.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
