Text inputs and prompts are sent to OpenAI to generate dialogues, exercises, and other learning materials. These inputs are processed in real time and are not permanently stored by the Service Provider beyond what is necessary to deliver the response. OpenAI's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Text content is sent to ElevenLabs to generate spoken audio for language learning purposes. The text is processed to produce audio and is not permanently stored by the Service Provider. ElevenLabs' data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
When you use voice input features, your voice recordings are sent to Deepgram for speech-to-text conversion. Voice data is processed in real time and is not permanently stored by the Service Provider. Deepgram's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Text content may be sent to DeepL for translation purposes. Translated text is processed in real time and is not permanently stored by the Service Provider beyond what is necessary to deliver the translation. DeepL's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. It may collect approximate location data to provide localized content or improve analytics performance. Location data, if used, is anonymized and never shared for advertising purposes.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.

The Application uses PostHog for anonymized analytics and performance tracking. PostHog collects non-personal information such as the number of times the app is opened, feature usage patterns, and technical data like device type and OS version.
This helps the Service Provider understand how users interact with the Application and improve its functionality. The data is aggregated and never used for advertising or tracking across apps.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained for up to 24 months and thereafter may be stored in aggregate.
If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at linguahackers.general@gmail.com, and they will respond in a reasonable time. Some or all data may be required for the Application to function properly.
Analytics and usage data collected via PostHog are retained for up to 24 months and then anonymized or deleted. This data is used solely for performance improvement and feature optimization.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers.
